M&A Analyst/Associate (TMT | SCIB)

Join our growing Telecom & Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking team in London as an M&A Analyst/Associate. You will support live transaction execution, prepare high-quality client materials, conduct detailed sector analysis, monitor market developments, perform valuation work, build and review financial models, and support senior bankers on client dialogue and strategic analysis. Candidates should have a demonstrable interest in the TMT sector, previous experience in investment banking or a similar transaction environment, excellent analytical and communication skills, advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, and familiarity with relevant financial tools. Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.

• Supporting live transaction execution across M&A and IPO processes, including due diligence coordination and workstream management.
• Preparing high-quality client materials, including pitchbooks, strategic reviews, management presentations, and information memoranda.
• Conducting detailed sector, company, investor, and transaction analysis across the European telecom and digital infrastructure space.

• Demonstrable interest in, and prior exposure to, the TMT sector in Europe, including telecommunications, digital infrastructure and media
• A degree (or equivalent), preferably in a numerical discipline with a strong academic track record
• Revious experience in investment banking, M&A, ECM/IPO advisory or a similar transaction environment
• Execution experience on live transactions and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with a strong grasp of accounting and corporate finance fundamentals
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv, Mergermarket, Infralogic
• Proven ability to produce high-quality client-facing materials, with excellent attention to detail and quality control
• CISI Qualification of equivalent
• Fluency in additional European languages
