About The Role
Join NTT DATA, a global leader in business and technology services. As a Technical Analyst, you will provide 2nd line support, triage, and investigate application issues. You will work closely with frontend, backend, and product teams to resolve issues and improve support processes.
- Triage and respond to incoming support tickets, acting as the first point of contact for end users.
- Monitor application logs and dashboards to identify errors or abnormal behavior, and analyze runtime errors.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to determine whether they relate to user error, frontend issues, or backend issues.
