Implementation Manager

Join HiBob, a modern People Platform that supports the full employee lifecycle. As an Implementation Manager, you will guide customers through the implementation process, translating technical concepts into practical guidance and building trusted relationships. You will work predominantly with upper-SMB and lower mid-market customers and have the opportunity to support increasingly complex implementations.

• Own customer implementations from handover after sale through to successful go-live, guiding customers through system setup, data preparation, configuration, and key implementation decisions.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for HR and People stakeholders, helping customers understand how their setup choices will affect future processes.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and keep projects progressing through clear communication, expectations, and governance, while working through ambiguity and diagnosing issues.
