Project Manager / PMO – ERP Transformation Program (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Join our team as a Project Manager / PMO for an ERP Transformation Program (Oracle Fusion Cloud). In this role, you will provide operational support to leadership, maintain a cohesive overview of the program, and manage various aspects such as progress tracking, capacity planning, KPIs and reporting, defect management, and risk management. You should have proven experience in IT program delivery or PMO roles, strong understanding of ERP testing cycles, hands-on experience in capacity planning, and advanced proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Excel.

• Consolidating statuses across various streams, maintaining the program schedule and resource workload plan, and flagging variances.
• Building and maintaining the capacity plan: forecasted workload per stream, availability of IT teams, business units, and the integrator.
• Defining and evolving executive metrics, preparing dashboards, and creating materials for status committees and governance boards.
