**Compensation & Benefits**

• **$60,000 - $100,000+**inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

**What You Bring**

• Active, independent license in **NY**(LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment

**What You’ll Do**

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
