Director, Operations Support – Japan, Korea & Micronesia

Hilton is seeking a strategic and influential leader to join our Regional Operations team as Director, Operations Support – Japan, Korea & Micronesia (JKM). This role serves as a key member of the JKM Operations leadership team, partnering closely with the Area Vice President, General Managers, hotel owners, and regional functional leaders to drive operational excellence, business performance, strategic initiatives, and organizational capability across the portfolio. The Director will lead and oversee priority operational projects, support the execution of regional growth and transformation strategies, and ensure alignment with Hilton's commercial objectives, brand standards, and guest experience expectations. Through effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, the role will help accelerate performance, strengthen operational capabilities, and drive sustainable business results across the JKM region.
