You actively shape the future of e-mobility and support key account customers with all aspects of charging infrastructure. You manage the integration of third-party hardware and the connection of different system landscapes, developing effective solutions along the way. You stay up to date with technical developments, explore new digital opportunities, and contribute ideas for AI solutions and automation. You coordinate service providers and ensure smooth collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. You independently resolve customer issues and leverage a network of internal experts to deliver timely and sustainable solutions. You work with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and MS Office, ensuring that tasks are tracked, prioritized, and documented in a structured manner. You maintain data with great care, analyze key figures, and apply your strong numerical skills in day-to-day business. You identify emerging topics through close customer interaction, communicate them proactively, and initiate appropriate actions. ou monitor a wide range of processes, contribute to management reporting, and support the definition and further development of KPIs. You answer questions related to orders, customer data, and invoices, support the resolution of technical issues, and drive internal organization with a constant focus on the best customer solution.
