Mechanical Design engineer/ Product designer/ Mechanical designer

A Fortune 500 manufacturing and aerospace giant looking for Mechanical design engineer who will be designing, developing, and testing all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.

Responsibilities:

·Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
·May be involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products.
·Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2 years minimum experience of CAD design with CATIA V5, in lieu of degree, 5 years minimum experience of CAD design with CATIA V5.
·Understanding of internal combustion engines and turbochargers.
·Experience in casting and machine processes.
·Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing ASME Y14.5-1994 Knowledge and Frequent Application.
