Project Manager- Human Resources

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Certification / License
Work Experience

• 5 years of project management or human resources experience
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated success delivering projects with cross‑functional teams.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Advanced problem-solving ability
• Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality and proven ability to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with staff at all levels of the organization and candidates.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to effectively lead, manage, and motivate teams, exhibit excellent coaching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain consistently high standards of work

Preferred Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline.

Certification / License

• PHR / SPHR
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate
• Agile/Scrum Experience
• Experience in M&A integration, from either the HR or business development functions

Work Experience

• Experience implementing new HR processes and programs as either a process owner or project manager
• Experience working as a project manager in a multi-national HR organization
• Hands-on experience with cloud HCM (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, etc.)
• HR Systems implementation experience, esp. end-to-end HCM cloud products

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Familiarity with Prosci or equivalent change management methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled HR tools – such as talent analytics or automation platforms – to enhance workforce planning and operational efficiency.
