Telemarketing Officer

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• •Achieve sales target including cross-sell target of all assigned products.
• •Maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality at all times.
• •Cold call the leads given by Team Sales Manager effectively.
• •Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently.
• •Identify, solicit and maintain new customer and referral base.
• •Comply strictly to CIMB bank’s policies, including all compliance procedures and guidelines.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

•Academic Qualifications: Preferably degree / diploma, credit in SPM -English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics.

•Experience

• Relevant sales experience is preferred but not essential.
• Age below 35 years old.
• Demonstrate sales performance excellence and possess strong passion for sales.
