Danish-speaking Team Leader - Sales & Collections in Malta

Ready to take ownership of a team and help grow a developing market? We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a small Denmark-focused Sales & Collections team for an international bank based in Malta. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, sales performance, customer experience and collections – ideal for someone who enjoys coaching people while also working closely with targets, KPIs and operational performance. Your Role You will lead a team of fewer than 10 agents and take responsibility for their day-to-day performance and development.
