Import-Export Specialist

The main objective of the candidate will be to ensure the correct flow, planning, and operational management of shipments, including customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• •Management of shipping and invoicing documents (including samples, material returns, Intercompany shipments, and shipments of various materials)
• •Imports (quotation requests, documentation control, customs forms archiving, etc.)
• •Control and management of customs procedures
• •Transport organization

• Degree in Economics or related field
• Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
• Familiarity with main Incoterms and transport documents (CMR, AWB, B/L, etc.)
• Knowledge of ERP management systems, preferably SAP
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Customer-oriented approach and good relationships with suppliers and carriers
• Proactivity and flexibility
