Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering

Location: Dharwad

Job Role

• 1.Lead a team of designers and provide expertise in improving the quality ofdesigns and resolving critical design issues.
• 2.Manage and track the design releases. Communicate and update the design release to the various stake holders.
• 3.Monitor the implementation of DMLs at the production line.
• 4.Resolve line issues and extend support in order to improve the first Shot Ok.
• 5.Analyse the field failures and extend support to the designers for prevention.
• 6.Analyse and address the IPTV / Warranty / Quality related issues and cost reduction initiatives.
• 7.Improve the skill and competency levels of the designers through various interventions.

Skill Sets

• 1.Knowledge of Design Softwares
• 2.Hands-on working experience in AutoCAD, Catia, Pro E, Solid Works E3, 3D
• 3.Solid modelling and drawing details.
• 4.Design and development of harness, electrical and electronic components
• 5.Integration of body and chassis electricals.
• 6.KnowledgeofManufacturingProcesses,ChassisAggregates,Busbody building and Integration
• 7.Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is desirable.
• 8.Knowledge of Vehicle Dynamics.
