WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Duties

• To perform the full credit control function for chain stores and independent customers
• Request remittance from customer and balance payments
• Receipt and allocate payments
• Send customer statements
• Investigate unprocessed claims
• Validate and reconcile and process pricing claims
• Validate and submit credit applications for accounts to be opened
• Follow up on outstanding payments and invoices
• Maintain overtrading and Customer Guarantee Insurance Cover (CGIC) customers
• Compile and submit reports as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• National Diploma in finance or equivalent
• A credit control qualification would be an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with chain stores and independents in FMCG environment (Essential)
• Computer literacy: MS Office (strong excel knowledge is a must)
• Valid driver’s license
