Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- Or- Behavioral Technician (BT)

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Utilize safe & appropriate handling procedures when working with clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
• Follows the policies and procedures of Aptus ABA services.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.

Bachelor's in Psychology, (Preferred)

High School Diploma

40 HR RBT Module Course

• Experience with Children Diagnosed with Autism.
• Must be able to commute to both clinic locations (McAllen and Edinburg) as needed.
• Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
