About The Role

  1. 负责临床供应链项目从启动到结束的全面管理工作，组织定期项目会议，准备会议议程和会议记录，跟进行动项，确保项目按时以及高质量交付。
  2. 跨职能协调内部项目活动，确保项目按计划执行。密切监控项目进展/风险，确保项目按计划和预算完成。及时向所有关键干系人更新项目进度。
  3. 跟客户沟通，制定临床供应链策略，包括对照药采购，存储，贴标，包装，分发等。
  4. 带领设计团队支持临床标签设计开发过程，包括标签文本的设计，翻译和标签证明。
  5. 与发货团队协作，确保临床成品按计划打包，回收，销毁，确保所有的发货订单准时抵达仓储站点或临床中心。
  6. 在整个项目生命周期内确保客户满意，支持BD进行业务拓展，扩大商业机会。
  7. 本科及以上学历，医药相关专业
  8. 良好的英语的听说读写能力
  9. 能够独立支持临床项目以及相关的供应链服务
  10. 具有优秀的解决问题和沟通的能力
  11. 工作态度积极，团队意识强，且能独立分析问题和解决问题。
