About The Role

  • 1.负责车间日常工艺巡检，对工艺执行情况进行监督和检查，确保各工序严格按工艺标准及作业指导书操作。
  • 2.负责生产现场工艺技术问题的处理与解决，对生产过程中的异常情况及时分析、反馈并协助制定改善方案。
  • 3.参与新产品试模、小批量生产跟踪及工艺验证工作，协助制定硫化工艺参数，记录试制过程数据。
  • 4.参与生产工艺数据的收集、分析与报告整理，支持工艺优化与标准化工作。
  • 5.参与产品质量问题的调查、分析和处理，跟踪品质异常原料、半成品及成品的处置方案实施。
  • 6.监督生产现场各岗位操作规范的执行，指导生产及辅助人员正确操作。；
  • 专业要求：高分子材料、橡胶工艺等专业；；任职资格：1. 具备扎实的高分子材料或橡胶工艺专业知识。
  1. 了解乳胶制品生产工艺流程，有相关实习经验者优先。
  2. 具备良好的数据分析能力。
  3. 具备较强的学习能力，动手能力强，善于钻研。
  4. 工作认真负责、责任心强，具备团队协作精神。
