About The Role

  • 1.深入车间熟悉工艺、生产流程、工序分工与品质标准，掌握车间基础运作逻辑与生产模式
  • 2.跟进生产计划、批次进度、产能达成情况，及时反馈生产异常，协助推进订单按期交付
  • 3.统计生产工序效率、瓶颈问题，协助优化工序排布、提升车间整体产能与良品率；
  • 1.专业要求：服装设计、服装工程、纺织工程、工业工程、生产管理等相关专业；
  • 2.能适应车间生产环境，执行力强、踏实稳重、有责任心，愿意从基层沉淀往车间管理方向发展
  • 3.具备较强学习意愿，有制造业相关实习经验者优先
  • 4.具备逻辑思维与统筹能力，善于观察生产细节、发现问题并跟进落地
