About The Role

  • 1、负责生产设备的日常维护保养，确保设备正常运行；
  • 2、对设备故障进行及时维修，减少停机时间，提高生产效率；
  • 3、参与新设备的安装和调试工作，协助完成设备的技术改造；
  • 4、制定并执行设备维护计划，记录设备运行状况及维修情况。
  • 1、专业要求：机电一体化/自动化/生物制药/电气自动化/机械/机器人/工业工程技术，对生产一线运作有一定了解，具备基础数据统计能力
  • 2、善于沟通，有学生活动组织经验，能调动班组员工，处理简单员工矛盾
  • 3、心态积极正向、阳光开朗，抗压能力强
