About The Role

  • 1.跟踪 VLA（Vision-Language-Action）与世界模型领域的前沿研究进展，评估其在 L4 自动驾驶场景下的可行性。
  • 2.参与 OneModel VLA 相关的训练/微调实验，探索多模态大模型在自动驾驶决策中的应用。
  • 3.探索世界模型的后训练（post-training）范式，包括自监督预测、场景生成等方向。
  • 与感知、规控团队保持技术同步，评估预研成果向现有 主线技术栈迁移的可能性。
  • 1.硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化等相关专业，应届毕业生。
  • 2.具备扎实的深度学习基础，熟悉 Transformer、扩散模型等前沿架构。
  • 3.有大模型训练/微调相关经验（实验室科研、实习或相关竞赛项目均可，LLM、VLM 或 VLA 方向优先），熟悉主流训练框架（PyTorch、DeepSpeed 等）。
  • 4.关注世界模型、具身智能等前沿方向，有相关论文阅读或复现经验。
  • 5.具备独立跟踪、复现前沿论文的能力，能快速产出预研结论。
  • 6.有自动驾驶或机器人相关科研、实习或竞赛经历者优先。
  • 7.具备强烈的自驱力与好奇心，能够独立跟踪前沿方向、快速验证想法，并持续产出高质量的阶段性成果。
