About The Role
- 全盘负责天猫、抖音饰品店铺运营管理，制定年度、月度销售目标与运营策略，统筹流量、转化等核心数据，完成业绩指标
- 独立完成天猫店铺、抖音店铺及直播间0-1搭建、页面及SKU布局等，具备新店从搭建到稳定盈利的完整实操能力
- 负责平台对接、资源沟通及活动报名与落地，熟悉双平台活动规则与流量逻辑，提升店铺销量与权重
- 以POPOP业务线逻辑为基础，结合饰品行业趋势与竞品打法，优化搜索、内容、短视频及转化链路等核心运营项
- 整合跨职能的沟通协作，包含商品、设计、客服、投放等，共同完成运营目标
- 定期开展店铺数据复盘，根据流量、利润、市场及平台规则变化，迭代运营策略，优化店铺表现
- 5年以上电商运营管理经验，饰品、时尚配饰、轻奢珠宝行业优先，熟练操盘天猫、抖音双平台，具备店铺0-1搭建及成功孵化案例
- 精通天猫、抖音流量逻辑与活动玩法，可独立全盘操盘店铺运营、策略规划、资源对接与数据复盘，具备极强的盈利思维
- 具备良好的平台对接、商务沟通与跨部门协同能力，可自主争取平台活动与流量资源
- 对时尚饰品潮流敏感，具备优秀的数据分析能力，目标感强，逻辑清晰，抗压与执行力突出
- 本科及以上学历，有头部饰品店铺操盘、多项目0-1孵化经验者优先
