About The Role

  • 1、负责分公司消费者权益保护教育培训工作规划，制定年度教育培训计划。
  • 2、负责消保专项培训工作开展，协同组织消保培训工作开展，根据年度培训计划设计和编写培训课件、组织培训、开展培训效果评估等。
  • 3、负责消费者教育宣传工作，包括监管要求的日常消费者保护教育宣传工作的推进、集中教育宣传工作方案的制定、宣传物料的准备、活动组织实施和总结评估等。
  • 4、负责完成领导交办的其他工作。
  • 1、学历要求：本科及以上学历。
  • 2、经验要求：1年以上相关工作经验。
  • 3、专业要求：不限。
