About The Role

  1. 对接海外区域客户，处理客户邮件问题，及时响应客户需求，提供售前咨询和售后服务；
  2. 妥善处理客户咨询、退换货和投诉问题；
  3. 跟进海外产品售后反馈，定期整理市场售后问题并及时反馈给研发和质量部进行产品优化，解决客户问题，提高产品口碑；
  4. 了解电源产品及原理，有良好的电力电子基础。
  5. 负责电动汽车充电产品、光储充产品、新能源产品的销售工作，完成年度销售任务；
  6. 负责开发与维护客户合作关系，收集客户需求，为客户服务，提升客户满意度；
  7. 掌握行业和产品知识，与客户各层级人员沟通，收集客户需求，解决客户问题；
  8. 收集新能源产业链信息，开发及培育市场。
