About The Role

Location: Hong Kong (must be eligible to work/undertake an internship in Hong Kong) Employment Type: Full-time Internship (5 days/week), Minimum 3 months (longer duration highly preferred) About the Role: OSL is seeking a proactive, outgoing, and highly motivated Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team in Hong Kong. This is not your average internship—this role offers significant external exposure, hands-on experience within our partnership ecosystem, and a potential to convert into a permanent, full-time role upon graduation. You will play a crucial role in our daily marketing operations, focusing heavily on branding, high-impact events, and institutional partnerships. Key Responsibilities Drive daily marketing operations and provide end-to-end support for corporate events, including logistics, on-site management, and VIP/guest reception. Assist in creating and refining brand materials, pitch decks, and PowerPoint presentations. Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a sharp, edgy, and premium aesthetic. Act as a key liaison between OSL and external clients or institutional partners, gaining direct client-facing exposure across our partnership ecosystem. Ideal Candidate Profile Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (Business/Finance backgrounds preferred). Final-year students from international business schools are highly preferred. Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required. Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint) with an eye for clean visual design. Outstanding communication skills—outgoing, proactive, and comfortable in client-facing environments. Ability to commit full-time (5 days/week) for at least 3 months (preference given to candidates available longer).
