About The Role

  1. 负责哈啰顺风车车主端产品的日常需求跟进，持续优化产品功能和车主使用体验；
  2. 参与用户需求分析、产品方案设计、PRD撰写及原型制作，协同研发、设计、测试等团队推动产品上线；
  3. 负责产品数据埋点需求的梳理与跟进，通过数据分析和用户反馈发现问题，推动产品优化迭代；
  4. 关注出行行业及用户需求变化，协助开展用户调研、竞品分析和产品效果复盘。
  5. 2027届应届毕业生，理工科、心理学等相关专业优先；
  6. 具备基础的产品思维和良好的逻辑分析能力，能够理解并梳理用户需求；
  7. 熟悉常用产品工具，能够撰写PRD并制作产品原型；
  8. 具备良好的沟通协作能力、学习能力和执行力，能够主动推动问题解决；
  9. 对互联网产品和出行行业有兴趣，有产品、用户研究或数据分析相关实习经历者优先。
