About The Role

  • 1.熟悉车间员工的工作内容。
  • 2.熟悉公司产品的制作流程；
  • 3.辅助班长、工段长做好生产上的管理工作。
  • 4.及时发现生产工作中所存在的问题，并提出有效解决方案
  • 5.进行生产作业分析，制定作业说明书，提高工作效率，降低人工成本产能人力评估与报告制作；
  • 6.贯彻实施在生产能力与降低成本方面的持续改进作；
  • 7.提供效率、人力及生产率等重要指标的同时提出合适的行动计划；
  • 8.建立流水化生产，负责生产线平衡的设置与改善，分析、处理制造现场生产线平衡问题；
  • 9.生产/物流的持续改进，进行生产线平衡及生产计划之改善，5S之施行及改善；
  • 学历要求：本科及以上
  • 专业要求：不限专业
  • 语言要求：无
  • 其他要求：
  • 1.能适应工厂倒班和加班，能下产线；
  • 2.看懂基础 SOP，会基础 Excel 做数据统计；
  • 3.沟通协调能力，抗压，愿意从基层做起。
