About The Role

  • 1.负责石墨生产工艺参数的监控、调整与优化,确保生产稳定运行；
  • 2.参与石墨工艺技术文件的编制、修订与执行，包括工艺规程、作业指导书等；
  • 3.跟踪石墨生产过程，分析工艺数据，识别异常原因并提出改进措施；
  • 4.协助解决石墨生产中的工艺技术问题，参与工艺异常、质量问题的调查与分析；
  • 5.参与新工艺、新设备的引入与调试，配合完成工艺试验及效果验证；
  • 6.配合完成石墨工序的成本控制、能耗优化及效率提升工作。
  • 学历要求：本科及以上;
  • 专业要求：电化学、化学、材料学、新能源等相关专业
  • 语言要求：无
  • 其他要求：无
