  • 3.负责新型原材料的试验研究工作
  • 4.工序合格率提升
  • 5.主持日常课题改善
  • 6.工艺纪律检查与员工培训
  • 学历要求：硕士及以上
  • 专业要求：材料、化学、物理、机械、自动化、电气等相关专业
  • 语言要求：英语
  • 其他要求：
  • 1.熟悉动力电池及系统的工作原理，有工程科学理念，具备独立分析问题能力；
  • 2.精通动力电池及系统生产工艺和异常处理，主导关键课题攻关，保证量产顺利；
  • 3.熟悉锂离子电池行业强检标准要求和测试，根据电池性能，具备反向分析过程能力。
  • 4.掌握统计分析、FMEA、DOE、公差设计、Minitab、6sigma、8D等分析手段；
