About The Role

  • 1.负责电芯常规电性能测试(容量、倍率、循环、高低温放电等)；
  • 2.协助制定/优化测试 SOP 与判定标准准;
  • 3.配合研发完成新工艺、新材料电芯的验证测试；
  • 4.协助研发团队定位电芯衰减机理，输出数据分析报告。
  • 1、学历要求：本科及以上学历
  • 2、专业要求：材料化学、材料与化工/新能源材料、电化学、新能源材料与器件等相关专业
  • 3、语言要求：英语4级
  • 4、其他要求：对待工作认真负责、积极主动，有团队合作精神，服务意识强；能承受工作压力，适应加班、倒班
