- "1、现场管理：负责指导作业人员工装夹具、设备的正确使用与保养，进行安全操作知识的宣传与监管，对本工段操作人员进行作业技能培训
- 2、人员管理：组织班前班后的会议，激励员工，提高员工积极性，传达公司指令及稳定本工段人员队伍
- 3、品质管理：对本工段的“5S”管理明确到位，组织安排员工进行所负责区域的“5S”工作
- 4、产能管理：组织本工段正常生产，保证每日生产任务的按时完成"
- 学历要求：本科及以上
- 专业要求：理工类相关专业
