About The Role

  1. 负责国际储能或整车客户的定点前技术对接：
  • 1.1 分解并传递客户SOR至电芯开发团队，与产品项目团队共同完成新产品开发指标制定；
  • 1.2 完成客户需求分解评估工作，及时进行风险升级；
  • 1.3 配合产品端完成客户定点和立项工作；
  1. 负责新产品的客户对接、配合电芯开发和产品量产导入：
  • 2.1 完成新品相关认证资料和规格书审核、提交；
  • 2.2 对齐客户样件出货标准，配合电芯开发团队完成样件技术风险管控和交付；
  • 2.3 协助客户完成整包试制和验收；
  1. 协助电芯异常原因分析： 输出内部开发和客户端电芯不满足指标原因分析报告和解决方案；
  2. 参与产品项目开发过程中各阶段技术对接与评审（电芯BSE职责）。
  3. 理工科硕士及以上学历，英语可以作为工作语言者优先；
  • 2.具备良好的分析解决问题能力和实验数据分析能力；
  • 3.有锂电池课题组（材料、电芯均可）相关研发经验者优先；
  • 4.团队精神、合作意识强、沟通、协调能力好、具有强烈社会责任感；
  • 5.能够接受适量出差；
