  1. 负责电芯材料体系的开发，对电芯配方及隔膜、电解液等材料进行优化，提升电性能
  2. 负责新材料的评测开发，对接供应商，跟踪行业新材料开发动向及进展
  3. 负责前沿体系的预研及优化工作
  4. 负责电芯开发过程的失效分析及机理研究
  5. 负责相关专利的撰写
  • 学历要求：硕士及以上
  • 专业要求：材料、电化学、化学或化工等专业；
  • 语言要求：英语CET6
  • 其他要求：硕士研究方向为电池、电化学等相关领域，具备良好的沟通表达和逻辑分析能力，有团队合作精神
