About The Role

  1. 负责锂离子电池新产品的设计开发、样品试制、性能评测并能够独立完成实验报告的撰写
  2. 参与电芯材料体系的选型和验证
  3. 负责电芯性能异常及失效原因分析，关键过程疑难问题的分析解决
  4. 负责电芯过充机理、电芯充电析锂、电芯产热、电芯应用边界等应用特性性能研究
  5. 负责电芯新产品的开发阶段的文件输出，确保电芯新产品设计和开发文件的完整、有效和一致
  6. 产品的试制准备、跟踪、问题分析及验证
  7. 跟进电池前瞻技术，定期形成前瞻技术调研报告
  8. 根据项目要求撰写相关专利
  • 学历要求：硕士及以上
  • 专业要求：化学类、化工类、材料类、物理及新能源等相关专业
  • 语言要求：英语CET6
