About The Role

  • 1、视觉方案设计与硬件选型：根据产线检测需求，完成机器视觉方案评估，负责相机、镜头、光源等视觉器件选型与光学验证，输出视觉方案。
  • 2、视觉程序开发与调试：使用 Halcon/ VisionPro 等视觉工具，开发图像检测、尺寸测量、缺陷识别程序，完成视觉系统标定、参数调试与算法优化。
  • 3、系统集成与现场问题处理：配合机械、电气工程师完成视觉与 PLC、自动化设备联调，解决量产中误判、漏判等现场技术故障，保障产线稳定运行。
  • 4、技术文档编写与迭代优化：编写视觉调试报告、操作手册，沉淀项目经验；持续优化现有视觉检测方案，适配新产品、新工艺检测需求
  • 学历要求：本科及以上；
  • 专业要求：机电一体化、机械工程、电气工程及其自动化、机械设计制造及其自动化等专业。
  • 语言要求：四级及以上
