About The Role
- "1.开发TPM 培训课程，并定期对员工进行培训，提升车间员工设备保养意识和能力
- 2.培训车间和设备员工在现场进行设备的点检润滑紧固等保养作业，组织设备和车间一起对设备故障进行分析，给出优化和改善解决方案
- 3.基理解G+审核的条款，组织生产和设备部门完成设备保养手册的编辑发行和更新，对员工进行保养方法培训，确保设备保养按时按量进行，优化备品备件管理
- 4.推动车间使用线上管理系统进行点检，报修，保养并进行统计汇总，促进设备保养信息的可视化"
- 学历要求：本科
- 专业要求：工业工程，材料，机械相关专业：
- 其他要求：
- 1.对设备保养及维修作业有一定的了解
- 2.具备改善思维，主动性和责任意识强
- 3.具有较强逻辑思维能力
- 4.具备良好语言表达能力"
