About The Role

  • 1.参与新项目电芯产品的全生命周期开发，包括概念设计、材料体系选型（正极/负极/电解液/隔膜）、结构优化及性能验证
  • 2.参与电芯寿命提升、快充性能提升、能量密度提升以及安全性能提升等关键技术
  1. 协调跨部门团队（工艺/测试/质量）推进量产可行性评估，确保项目按时交付
  • 4.客户技术对接，提供电芯技术解决方案并推动商业化落地
  • 学历要求：硕士及以上
  • 专业要求：具备材料、电化学等相关专业背景
  • 语言要求：英语CET6，能熟练查阅外文文献、撰写技术文档或进行客户交流
  • 其他要求：
  • 1.工作态度积极主动，具备强烈的责任心和自驱力
  1. 沟通协调能力强，能够清晰表达技术观点，并善于团队协作
