About The Role

  • 1.负责锂离子电芯开发，通过整合材料、工艺、设备、结构等技术方案，形成电芯设计方案，并对接客户输出相应技术方案
  • 2.负责电芯产品的技术对接，pack端的技术支持
  • 3.对失效项目做失效分析，输出改善计划，跟进落地执行
  1. 协助处理失效和客诉、负责失效分析跟进和项目需求的各种报告
  • 学历要求：硕士/博士
  • 专业要求：电化学、材料等相关专业
  • 语言要求：英语CET6
