About The Role

  • 1、负责国内外优秀磷酸铁锂/钠电正极等材料对标分析，建立材料对标分析数据库；
  • 2、负责材料性能提升：收集、消化、吸收国内外先进技术成果，不断提高研发团队新品开发的能力；
  • 3、新产品开发：对新品研发工作的整体进程、研发质量、研发成本进行监督和把控，指导并解决研发过程中出现的疑难问题，确保各项新品研发项目顺利转化为生产力，取得预期科研成果。
  • 学历要求：硕士及以上学历
  • 专业要求：化学、电化学、材料学等相关专业
  • 语言要求：英语可以作为工作语言
  • 其他要求：
  • 1、具备锂/钠离子尤其磷酸铁锂、焦磷酸磷酸铁钠等相关材料的研发背景
  • 2、具备较强的自我学习和解决问题的能力，性格沉稳，思维缜密，专业基础扎实，有一定的项目实施经验
  • 3、具备撰写项目技术报告能力，有参与项目调研、技术论证方面经历
