About The Role
- 1、负责全固态正极材料设计开发;
- 2、负责全固态正极材料研发周期内工艺优化、产业化导入和产品验证;
- 3、负责全固态电池失效分析及表征方法开发；
- 4、负责跨部门协作，行业热点跟踪与预研，知识产权保护与转化。
- 学历要求：硕士及以上，博士优先
- 专业要求：材料科学、材料工程、能源动力、机械工程、物理化学、冶金工程（锂电全固态方向）等相关专业
- 语言要求：英语可作为工作语言
- 其他要求：
- 1、研究生期间主要从事全固态电池研究，如固态正极材料、固态电解质等方向，固态电池体系可包括硫化物固态电池体系和卤化物固态电池体系
- 2、具有海外留学背景者优先
