About The Role

  • 管培生需要在手机分销岗和全屋智能岗轮岗
  • （一）手机分销岗
  • 1.目标管理：根据上级部门制定的手机产品策略，匹配省内销售策略，跟进目标确保销售计划达成。
  • 2.客户管理：维护合作客户的建档开户工作，合作客户的日常维护。
  • 3.订单管理：根据订单管理要求跟进合作客户门店订单的及时性。
  • 4.阵地覆盖：推进产品在门店进行ST有效覆盖，维护省内产业的核心阵地。
  • 5.部门协同：与公司内相关部门有效协同，根据相关部门要求及时收集反馈相关数据。
  • （二）全屋智能岗
  • 1.承接公司下达全屋智能销售指标，制定个人拓客计划，完成签约、回款任务；
  • 2.多渠道挖掘线索，维护渠道合作关系，持续获取有效客户资源；
  • 3.邀约客户到展厅沉浸式体验，演示全屋智能场景，挖掘户型、预算、装修阶段、家庭使用需求。
  • 1.熟悉市场营销、销售管理等相关知识，熟练应用办公软件；
  • 2.良好的团队沟通能力、市场分析判断能力、客户关系维系能力；
  • 3.具有全日制大学本科及以上文化程度；
  • 4.中共党员优先录用；
