About The Role

  • 1.设计环境与流程搭建： 主导全定制内存设计环境的搭建与流程优化，驱动设计团队效率提升；
  • 2.设计自动化推进： 推动电路与布局设计自动化，覆盖网表生成、SPICE仿真和物理验证等环节；
  • 3.内部工具开发： 主导内部计算机辅助设计（CAD）工具的开发与迭代，提升设计自动化水平；
  • 4.团队建设与方向规划： 带领CAD团队，制定工作方向与目标，实现高质量工具与流程交付。
  • 1.行业与专业经验： 具备内存设计流程开发经验，能独立主导设计流程的搭建与优化；
  • 2.专业技能与资格： 能使用Perl、Python、Tcl、Shell等脚本语言完成自动化工具开发，具备SPICE仿真、功耗分析、PDN分析及布局APR能力，并能独立完成EDA工具的配置、评估与故障排除。
