About The Role

  1. 负责消化肉瘤领域区域医学策略的制定与执行，推动相关医学项目落地；
  2. 负责MSL团队管理、人才培养及绩效提升；
  3. 洞察临床需求及行业趋势，收集并反馈医学信息；
  4. 建立和维护领域专家及学术机构合作关系，开展高质量医学交流；
  5. 协同市场、销售及研发等团队，为产品全生命周期管理提供医学支持；
  6. 确保各项医学活动符合相关法规及公司合规要求。
  7. 医学、药学或生命科学相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
  8. 具有5年以上医药行业医学事务经验，其中2年以上MSL团队管理经验；
  9. 具备肿瘤领域经验，熟悉医学策略及相关临床诊疗进展；
  10. 具备较强的团队管理、医学洞察、项目推进及跨部门协作能力；
  11. 具备良好的中英文沟通能力、责任心及合规意识。
