About The Role

  1. 负责开展公司纪检监察工作，建立健全纪检监察制度和流程。
  2. 受理信访举报，初步核实问题线索，协助案件调查。
  3. 监督公司员工廉洁从业，开展廉政教育和警示教育活动等。
  4. 协助上级开展专项监督检查工作，对发现的问题提出整改建议，并跟踪整改落实情况。
  5. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
  • 1.学历要求：本科及以上学历；
  • 2.专业要求：法律、纪检、审计、会计、思想政治教育等相关专业，具备相关专业资格证书（如法律职业资格证、审计师证等）者优先；
  • 3.工作经历要求：具备2年及以上纪检监察相关工作经历，有地方纪委监委工作经历者优先；熟悉纪检监察工作流程、党纪法规及相关政策，具备较强的问题分析、线索核查和文字写作能力；
  • 4.政治素质：中共党员，拥护中国共产党的领导，自觉遵守党的路线、方针、政策，坚定理想信念，廉洁自律，严守纪律规矩，具备良好的职业操守和政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力；
  • 5.其他要求：无违法违纪记录，无不良从业信用记录；具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力和应急处置能力，服从公司工作安排。
