About The Role

  • 1.开展数据、资料的收集与整理；
  • 2.协助进行行业研究与项目分析，主要职责包括报告撰写、会议纪要、商业对标、估值分析等；
  • 3.协助支持子基金投资和直投项目的投后事项复核；
  • 4.支持部门内交办的其他日常工作。
  • 1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质；
  • 2.国内外院校本科大三及以上学历在读，复合专业背景可优先；
  • 3.熟练掌握Office、iFind或Wind；熟悉企査查、见微等数据库、Excel各类函数及Pivot Table者优先；
  • 4..有PE/VC、FA、咨询、行研等相关实习经历者，了解一级私募股权投资市场者优先；
  • 5.具备良好的逻辑思维及沟通表达能力，责任心强，为人勤勉、细致，乐于了解新领域和新知识；
  • 6.能保证每周至少3天的北京现场实习时间，实习期至少3个月。
