About The Role

  1. 负责销售条线日常风险管理，开展销售风险监测、预警、线索核查与违规问题处置，防范销售误导、非法集资等经营风险。
  2. 负责销售风险管理和诚信教育，实施销售风险预警、信用评级及违规查处，督导基层机构合规教育落地。
  3. 牵头/配合内部审计、监管检查、反洗钱、内控专项核查工作，整理报送风控相关材料。
  4. 做好销售风险数据统计、台账管理、风险分析，定期输出风险报告，提出管控优化建议。
  5. 完善销售风控相关制度流程，完成上级及部门交办的其他风控工作。
  6. 本科及以上学历，保险、法学、金融、财会、统计类相关专业优先。
  7. 有保险行业风控、合规、审计相关工作经验。
  8. 具备基础数据分析能力，风险敏感度强；沟通协调、文字写作能力良好，责任心强、恪守职业操守。
  9. 熟悉保险监管政策、销售合规相关法规优先；能够接受必要的基层机构巡查出差。
