About The Role

  1. 协助开展公司存量资产（房产、商铺、办公、存量土地）台账梳理、盘点核查工作，核对资产信息、权属资料、使用现状，建立及更新资产动态管理台账。
  2. 配合资产运营管理工作，协助跟进资产租赁、招商、续约、退租全流程，整理招商资料、租赁合同、租户信息，做好日常运营数据统计与汇总分析。
  3. 负责资产相关档案、合同、审批资料的整理、归档及保管工作，协助对接物业、租户、合作机构及相关政府部门，跟进日常事务对接与问题协调。
  1. 本科及以上学历，资产管理、财务管理、房地产经营与管理、经济学、工商管理、土地资源管理等相关专业。
  2. 熟练使用Office办公软件，擅长Excel数据统计、台账制作、报表整理，具备基础数据分析能力。
  3. 具备良好的文字功底和逻辑思维，能够独立完成资料整理、文案撰写、数据汇总及报告编写工作。
  4. 工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
  5. 有不动产资产管理、商业招商、物业运营、存量资产盘活相关实习、课题经验者优先。
