About The Role

  • 1、负责固体制剂生产车间设备的日常管理，确保设备的正常运转；
  • 2、负责监督、实施设备日常的维修、保养质量；做好设备运行管理记录，如：设备运行状态、点检周期及方式、保养维护及维护次数等；
  • 3、负责设备故障诊断工作，定期对设备运行状况进行数据收集与分析，及时发现并解决设备潜在的问题；
  • 4、负责拟定设备维修、改造、报废的周期性计划；
  • 5、负责所辖区域设备设施的易损件备品备件的统计与计划；确保设备、零件的材质符合GMP的要求；
  • 6、协助主管进行工艺设备选型、安装、验证、改造、评估、验收确认；
  • 7、完成部门领导交办的其他工作任务。
  • 1、大专及以上学历，专业机械，自动化，电气相关等；
  • 2、熟悉固体制剂生产用设备；
  • 3、熟悉GMP法规要求；
  • 4、有工作责任心、积极主动；良好的沟通协调能力，有团队合作意识；
  • 5、书面英文良好优先。
