SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务： 1. Makes sure all the installations are operated regularly in the duty time. -Supervises all engineering projects -Goes on a tour of inspection of all facilities at a regular time. -Gives a report of the situations of mechanisms to the super various coming off work. 确保当值时间内各项设施运作正常 － 视察酒店内所有工程运作 － 定时巡视各项设施 － 于下班前向上级汇报各类机械的运作情况 2. Make sure all equipments, maintenance and repairs project can finish quickly. -Follow out contracted projects. -Follow out the work that last time are not finished. -Checks completed project. 确保当值时间内各项装置、保养及检修工程快捷地完成 － 跟办合约工程 － 跟办上一班次未完成的工作 － 验收完成工程 3. Deals and solves the emergent accidents in the duty time. -Analysis the reason of trouble. -Organizes and guides the Duty Manage at any time. 于当值时间内处理及解决紧急事故 － 分析故障原因 － 组织及指导属下员工修理故障 － 随时与值班经理保持联系 4. Promotes the effective internal manage system. -Checks every team’s working notes. -Reports all the appointed work. 促进有效的内部管理系统 － 检查各小组之工作记录 － 报告已完成之指派工作 5. Make sure all the needed materials and tools are sufficient. -Checks the stock, distributes materials and suggests the number of supplement. 确保内部所需物料及工具之充足供应 － 检查存量，分配用量及建议补足数量 6. Promotes the working efficiency of the department. -Distributes the work effectively. -Supervises the working schedule of subordinates carefully. -Trains the subordinates. -Solves the concerned engineering problem. 促进本部门之日常操作效率 － 有效地分配工作 － 密切监督属下员工之工作进度 － 培训属下员工 － 解决各项有关工程问题
