Role Summary
Seeking an experienced
Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant
with expertise in
AI Agents, Integrations, Reports, Data Migration, AI-enabled HR solutions, and Workflow Automation
. The candidate will design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions while driving intelligent automation and digital HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support
AI Agents, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BIP/OTBI reports
Configure and optimize
Oracle BPM Workflows, and Process Automation
.
Support data migration, reporting, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HCM solutions.
Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security, and governance standards.
Required Skills
10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM technical experience.
Expertise in
Oracle AI & Workflows is a must.
Strong understanding of
Core HR, ORC, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Management, and Benefits
.
Experience with
HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher, and APIs
.
Knowledge of
Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms
.
Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
