FP&A Specialist

Major Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive the SBU’s financial performance against prior year, budget, trends, and forecasts; identify and assess business risks and opportunities; escalate key issues and recommended action plans to the appropriate business leaders; and analyze financial strengths and weaknesses to support corrective actions..
• Partner with SBU’s Commercial team to manage customer and product profitability for SEIKO and VB, ensuring that pricing delivers a positive contribution margin after COGS and direct and indirect selling expenses. Manage rebates and conduct gross profit assessments for rebate agreements, new products, and other commercial initiatives.
• Support the Annual Plan and Quarterly Budget processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with budget owners; prepare and present financial plans and projections to senior management.
• Lead SBU’s monthly business review, providing clear performance insights, key risks and opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Review SBU’s CAPEX proposals and purchase applications, ensuring financial justification, budget alignment, and compliance with approval requirements.
• Prepare and report the periodical management information within the defined timetable and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support and track One China consolidated reporting and BI Dashboards, including PL Projection, Cubeview, FCCS, GP Consol, and related financial performance dashboards to support transparent and timely management decision-making.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or above in Accounting, Finance or related majors
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in finance function.
• Fluent in oral/written English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, Power BI, as well as AI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Be business partner with effective communication skills.
